Payment Options
Credit Card
You can purchase goods and pay via Suncorp Internet Payment Service which provides a secure virtual point of sale gateway to accept and process Internet payment transactions.
For Australian & NZ buyers only. They accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Payments via fax or phone. What are my options?
If you fax an order we can process Visa, Mastercard & AMEX only.

Credit Card processing over the phone is only available on weekdays between 9am to 4pm.
Payment via Paypal
Paypal is a good option for both buyer and seller as it offers significant fraud protection. However it does take more time to setup as a new user than Paymate.
For Overseas Buyers
For overseas buyers Paypal is the only option we accept. Paypal also supports a wider range of credit cards including Amercian Express.

Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with Computer Memory Upgrades we require a physical street address or PO Box.. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your phone number.
Standard Shiiping Method: AAE Australian Air Express.
Computer Memory Upgrades use only AAE to deliver all our products. The service provides next day delivery, signature receipt and product insurance.
IF ytou choose to sign for your goods you have to be at the address given to receive the goods.
If no one is at the location, an extra cost pf $20 inc GST applies for re-delivery.
Delivery Charges
In some circumstances delivery charges may increase due to incorrect address data, repeated attempts to deliver a package without success due to client unavailability or other unforseen circumstances.
Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please call us on 07 5641 2298 or email: sales(at)computermemoryupgrades.com.au and we will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.
Delivery Carriers
For Australia-wide deliveries we use AAE. However, we can utilise other carriers for specialist deliveries or international addresses.
Not received item
If you have not received your order after 2 days, please contact us on 07 5641 2298 and one of our staff members will track your order.

The cut-off times for next day delivery services is as follows:

Returns:
To return goods, please fill in our RMA Form, call 07 5641 2298 for an RMA number and once approved, return the goods via registered post to the address below.
Returns may not be accepted without a valid order number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order:
- Customer name
- Order number
- and the reason for the return.
Once the RMA is complete, please send a copy of your RMA along with the goods to us at the following address:

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. AAE deliver the vast majority of their bags overnights. Almost all regional and remote locations are reached witihin 3 days.
Q. Do you offer any guarantees on your memory?
A.We offer a lifetime guarantee for all our computer memory products. Flash memory based products such as USB flash drives and memory cards vary from 1 to 5 years..
Q. What happens if an item is not in stock?
A. In the event that a stock oversight has been made, or a stocked item
proven faulty before shipment we will notify the customer immediately
to inform of any delays.
Under most circumstances, you will not wait longer than 6 business days for delivery.
Our standard factory ordering cycle for unstocked goods is as follows:
- Monday - Wednesday: Unstocked orders accepted subject to client approval.
- Thursday - Order placed with factory.
- Friday - Goods shipped ex Taiwan
- Weekend - Goods in transit
- Monday - Goods arrive Sydney warehouse for despatch.
Q. I don't have a credit card, what other payment options do
you offer?
A. You can pay by Direct Deposit & Cheque. Further details in Payment Options
Q. What happens if I order the wrong product?
A. For computer memory products, those who have used the
computer memory enquiry form will receive a 100% money
back guarantee. If you have chosen the
wrong memory yourself, return is at the discretion of Computer
Memory Upgrades as it is often damaged when installed in
the wrong machine.
Q. If the product is faulty where do I return it?
A. Call us on 07 5641 2298 or fill in the Return Form and
we will provide further information to facilitate a return
of the product and replacement.
Q. What if no one is home to receive the goods?
A. If you ticked the "No Signature" option the goods will be left in youyr letterbox or other safe location. If you ticked "Signature Required" the AAE courier will leave a calling card. You will need to contact them directly to arrange redelivery.
A fee of $20 inc GST will be applicable.
Q. How will the product be packaged?
A. The products you order will be packaged to prevent
damage, and will arrive in their original manufacturers
packaging.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Our standard charge is $11 inc GST for a AAE Express satchel. The satchels will hold 5-10 pieces of memory depending on type purchased. Shipping costs increase incrementally for larger orders.
Q. How secure is the payment gateway you use?
A. We use two 3rd parties to provide secure payments: Paypal &
Suncorp ban. Both offer a minumum of 128bit encrypted security during transactions.
There is next to no chance that your credit card information could be intercepted
during processing. No individual has ever cracked 128bit SSL encryption. There
is a higher chance of somebody looking over your shoulder than your card details
being taken using the Paypal payment gateway!
As with all internet transactions, be sure to look for the Lock symbol at the bottom right hand corner of your browser which guarantees the page (where you enter your credit card details) is secure.
