Delivery

Payment

Payment for goods on this site will be accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Depost, Postal Order and Cheque.

If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the telephone, please select the "Phone me for Credit Card" option at the checkout and then telephone +61 7 5641 2298 with your order number and payment method.

We will also accept cheques by post which must be received prior to the goods being despatched. All cheques should be made payable to Computer Memory Upgrades.

Returns Policy

To return goods, please fill in our RMA Form, call 07 5641 2298 for an RMA number and once approved, return the goods via registered post to the address below.

Returns may not be accepted without a valid order number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • and the reason for the return.

Once the RMA is complete, please send a copy of your RMA along with the goods to us at the following address:

Please always mail the item as Registered Post and email sales(at)computermemoryupgrades.com.au after you post the item with the following info:

  • Tracking number
  • Date of post
  • RMA Number

Transfer of Title

All goods remain the property of Computer Memory Upgrades until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bank has verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
